• Cancellations made 15 days prior to the safari date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the safari date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the safari date.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
