Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your safari slot.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 15 days prior to the safari date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7–14 days will incur a 50% fee.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the safari date.

Guest Responsibilities

• Follow all instructions given by the safari guide for safety and conservation.
• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Respect local communities, traditions, and wildlife habitats.
