Booking & Payment

• All safari bookings must be made in advance through our official website or reservation team.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your safari slot.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days prior to the safari date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7–14 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the safari date.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance.
• One reschedule per booking is permitted without extra charge.

Safari Guidelines

• Guests are required to carry a valid ID proof during the safari.
• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Follow instructions of the safari guide for safety and wildlife conservation.
